Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki is a type of Haki which grants the user the ability to dodge reflexively. The player can learn this skill from the NPC named Rogson at Land of the Sky. Rogson is located inside the right hut to the right side of Golden City, where the Thunder God resides. He will then be found with giant eyes and Skypian wings on his back. Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki can be any color of the rainbow, you can change your Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki color by buying a gamepass.
Requirements
The player will need to meet the requirements of level 165 and 50,000 Peli to accept a quest from him. Rogson will then ask the player to achieve 200 perfect blocks, without quitting the quest. Once the player has finished the quest, the player will recieve a random Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki color. The player will also not receive any hint on how to turn on Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki. Even if the player talks to Rogson again, he will say that you have already finished this quest. To turn on Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki, They player will have to press the key, [G] to turn it on.
Training
When the player has turned Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki on, the player’s screen will turn into the shade of the random color that the player received. The player can reroll the color in the In-Game Robux Shop in the menu for 50 Robux. A GUI will appear on top of the Busoshoku/Armament Haki bar, which says «3 Dodges Left». The player can train his Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki by dodging attacks using Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki.
Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki automatically regenerates after a certain period of time, and the user cannot turn on their Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki unless they have at least one dodge left. If the player attempts to do so, a unique sound will play indicating the player cannot turn on their Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki yet because they do not have any dodges left, or if the player is turning it on after they turned it off to quickly.
The max amount of dodges the player can reach is a total of ten dodges.

Obtaining
To obtain it, the player must be in the Second Sea and acquire a Book of Spirits from a Kraken (45% drop). Afterwards, they need to resonate with an altar inside the Sharima, located in the Desert Kingdom, to obtain the Spirit Essence needed for the quest. From there the player needs to go to Spirit lsland, talk to Raytona, and complete his task. The lsland ls straight South of the Sharima’s altar.
The task is to get 20 hits in a minigame where the player needs to press Space when the moving red line ls overlaying with a still green line, and lf they miss, the counter resets back to 0.
The player has 2 minutes to complete this task. If the timer ends before the player can finish the minigame, the player has to reobtain the Spirit Essence and return to Raytona to restart his quest. They will still keep the Book of Spirits.

===Steps===#Go to Spirit island with Spirit Essence in your inventory and find Rayatona (South of Desert Kingdom).
Note: When you release and you don’t instantly complete the test, just repeat step 3-4 to complete the rest of the test.
Note: Still works as of July 24 2022. Because the screen freeze is an issue with the Roblox client and not the game, only Roblox can patch this bug, which is unlikely.

TOP 10 Strongest Observation Haki Users
Observation Haki or Kenbunshoku Haki, also known as Mantra on Skypiea, is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. If trained enough, users of advanced Observation Haki can even see slightly into the future
This list is about the strongest Observation Haki Users based on the feats they have shown so far:
#10 – Usopp/Koby
Usopp has awakened his Kenbunshoku Haki during the latter half of the Dressrosa revolt, as he was able to see auras of Luffy, Law, and Sugar, who were in the royal palace, from the old King’s Plateau near the Corrida Colosseum. With this, he was able to pinpoint Sugar’s location and snipe her down from such a distance. Usopp does not yet have control over it as he just awakened it during his attack to knock out Sugar.
During the Whitebeard War, Koby awakened an ability known as Kenbunshoku Haki. Koby was shown hunched over and crying intensely on the battlefield, saying that the voices in his head were disappearing one by one as the combatants around him were slain, much like what Aisa felt during the Skypiea Arc.
After the timeskip, Koby has developed his Kenbunshoku Haki to the point that it is on a very advanced level.
#9 – Vinsmoke Sanji
Kenbunshoku Haki is Sanji’s speciality concerning Haki. During his stay on Kamabaka Kingdom, Sanji has trained his Kenbunshoku Haki to an extremely high level. Sanji’s supreme mastery at using this form of Haki is evident when he dodged a jellybean bullet that was aimed at him by Katakuri. Sanji’s ability to both sense the bullet and dodge it left even the Sweet Commander surprised.
He was also able to dodge multiple bullets being fired at him by Pudding, all from point-blank range.
#8 – Charlotte Katakuri
Katakuri has extraordinary mastery of Kenbunshoku Haki, having trained to such a degree that he can see slightly ahead into the future. Katakuri can use his precognition to increase the accuracy of his attacks to such a degree that Luffy, who is a highly skilled Kenbunshoku Haki user himself, could barely dodge his assaults.
He can use his Haki in conjunction with his Devil Fruit power to great effect. Since he can see slightly into the future, he can predict precisely where an attack will land, allowing him time to dissolve his mochi body out of harm’s way, making it seem as if the attacks simply pass through him. Since he is still technically physically dodging the attack, even attacks imbued with Busoshoku Haki will pass through him without harming him. With this ability, Katakuri is nearly untouchable, and he has stated that it had been years since someone laid a hand on him before Luffy managed to land a hit on him. Katakuri’s Haki can only be nullified if he stops being calm and collected.
#7 – Monkey D. Luffy
Since training with Silvers Rayleigh, Luffy have gained incredible proficiency in Kenbunshoku Haki, allowing him to tell what an opponent intends to do.
While in Totto Land, he strengthened this Haki by battling Charlotte Katakuri, who had mastered this Haki enough to enable him to see a little bit into the future. By the end of their battle, Luffy was able to visualize Katakuri’s next moves extremely well, and develop his Haki enough to dodge many of Katakuri’s attacks and prevent Katakuri from dodging his.
After leaving Totto Land, Luffy has been able to dodge attacks with ease, as shown when he took out a Beasts Pirates scout in Wano Country and soon afterwards dodged multiple strikes from the sumo master Urashima without displaying any effort.
He can now see the future as fluidly as Katakuri, as shown when he helped Hyogoro dodge multiple attacks from Alpacaman and Madilloman before they happened and when he neutralized Babanuki’s attack, having seen a dangerous future.
#6 – Whitebeard
With his Kenbunshoku Haki, Whitebeard foresaw all of Portgas D. Ace’s attempts to kill him, even while asleep, retaliating to each assault and launching the young pirate away great distances, often causing damage to the ship while doing so. In the bay of Marineford, he predicted Crocodile’s sudden attack but did not move, knowing that Monkey D. Luffy would block it. However, due to his age and worsening health, he failed to predict Squard’s betrayal and thus got injured, something which, according to Marco, was totally unexpected from the Yonko.
#5 – Fujitora
Fujitora is masterful in Kenbunshoku Haki, which he used to compensate for his blindness in battle. His incredible skill in Kenbunshoku Haki gives him a strong sense of danger. The most prominent example is his capability to see his surroundings in a form of an aura which is not impeded by his blindness. He can also read and hear the true thoughts and emotions of other people as he was made aware that the Dressrosa citizens had no ill will towards Luffy while they were “chasing” him at the Dressrosa coast.
#4 – Shanks
Recently “Vivre Card – One Piece Visual Dictionary” revealed that Shanks can utilize all three types of Haki so he possesses also the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki.
It is stated that Shanks has mastered to full extent all three types of Haki!
#3 – Silvers Rayleigh
Rayleigh is highly proficient in Kenbunshoku Haki, able to sense the emotions and nature of others. He could also use it to sense the strength of others on a wide scale. This was shown when Rayleigh used this Haki to sense that there were five hundred creatures on Rusukaina who were stronger than Luffy at that time. Rayleigh also used Kenbunshoku Haki to expertly dodge an elephant’s attack with his eyes closed.
The incredible mastery Rayleigh has over this kind of Haki is also shown by the fact that he can sense people all over the island he is currently on while most people can sense only in their immediate vicinity.
#2 – Aisa
Aisa was born with the ability known as Mantra (later revealed to be a kind of Haki), which gave her a sixth sense of the world around her. She can sense when people die as well as the feelings of others. She was able to tell where Enel was, despite him traveling at lightning speed.

Enel has the ability known as Kenbunshoku Haki, known as “Mantra” in the sky islands. His Haki is further enhanced by his Devil Fruit powers, making him virtually omniscient of the thoughts and actions of Skypiea.
With enough skill, he can use this Haki to predict an opponent’s moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief “premonition” of what the opponent will do in the user’s mind-eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually “hits”.
With the Goro Goro no Mi, Enel can pick up electromagnetic waves from the air, allowing him to overhear conversations and everything around him with extraordinary range: this has extended the range of his Mantra to cover roughly all of Skypiea. By comparison, most of the other priests could only keep track of people nearby.

To get spirit essence you have to kill a kraken and get the spirit book
Funny thing I was grinding kraken with my friends and I got it first try and I didn’t even know what it did back then

Passive: you have talons on your feet boost kick dmg
First move falcon drop kick:
You will drop kick the enemy (guard break, ragdolls) [in half falcon mode you will rush at the enemy then choke them and throw them]
Second move triple scratch: you will scratch the enemy 3 times (combo extender can be blocked) [ this will be the same
Third move wind blast: you will kick the air shooting wind (ragdolls, can be blocked) [will be the same]
4th move half falcon mode: you will transform to your falcon mode (you can still use your weapons and some of the moves change)
5th move falcon headbutt: you will rush at the enemy and headbutt them(blockbreaks) [ in half falcon mode you will bite the enemy with your beak]
Ultimate: you will proceed to do multiple dives in your falcon mode (can be blocked)
